Can the analog triggers on the Wii U Pro Controller be made to function as do on the x360 pad rather than functioning as digital button inputs as I hear they function on the wii u itself?
or is it hard coded in the controller for the triggers to work as digital buttons only?
I was planning on buying the nyko commander pro and would like to be able to use it fully for any game I choose, not just nintendo games. Meaning if I play a game requiring pressure sensitive analog triggers, I would like to know in advance if my controller of interest can be made to function as such. Thank you everyone.
The Nyko Commander Pro does not work with WiinUPro or with Windows in general. You won't be able to sync that controller with your PC. I actually got one a while back to explore if they really do use Analog input or not and discovered there is no way to even connect the thing. Not to mention it doesn't even hold a charge now.
Well damn, I guess that answers my question Well would it be possible to do with any other wii u pro/wii u classic pro controller?
As far as I know the nyko, the pdp fight pad and a very obscure hori wiimote controller shaped like a gamecube pad are the only pads I know with pressure sensitive triggers (despite them all being digital buttons.)
