I succesfully connected the controller to the PC using Soft 3.2, however it doesn't seem to work. It is acknowledged both by the PC and WiinUSoft, without requiring the Toshiba thingy. I can't move the mouse on desktop and it does not seem to work on Overwatch and CSGO either (for the sake of test ofc), no button or joystick responds. Any ideas?
Hello, thanks for posting the question on the forums.
WiinUSoft only deals in Xbox 360 controller emulation so not having mouse movement is expected (unless using Steam Big Picture I suppose). Common solutions for this issue are as follows:
Make sure you have installed the SCP Driver. It comes with the WiinUSoft zip files or you can download it here. Sometimes restarting your computer afterward helps.
Ensure the controller in WiinUSoft has been "attached' that is, click the Xbox 360 logo and choose the controller number.
Few games have issues with using the emulated 360 input, but to ensure it is working properly, open the windows start menu and type "joy.cpl" and hit enter. You should see "Xbox 360 Controller for Windows" double clicking it will give you a window where you can see visual feedback from the emulated input.
