I managed to get my Switch Pro Controller working with a 360 layout, but whenever I go into Big Picture mode and try tilting the left control stick in any direction, it'll treat it like I tilted it twice. I've already did the calibration for the 360 controller with my Switch pro controller, but that doesn't fix the problem. How do I go about getting it to work properly?
Wiinupro. Wiinusoft isn't compatible with the Switch Pro controller. I also tried selecting the desktop configuration, but it says that you can only do desktop configuration with a generic Xinput device.
You're getting two inputs because Steam is reacting to both the Generic HID Joystick that the Switch controllers provide to Windows, and the XInput being emulated from the SCP Drivers through WiinUPro.
In the Steam Big Picture settings under controller configuration, there should be an option to toggle support for different types of controllers, 360, PS4, and Generic Joysticks, disable the Generic Joystick one and you should be good to go.
